1.网上买的干米线,半透明的,跟粉条很像。

2.锅内多放点儿水,烧开后将米线稍煮1分钟,关火,泡30分钟。这是煮一分钟后的样子。

3.泡30分钟后,软软白白的了。捞出来,放凉水里继续泡着。经常换水据说能保存3天,我还没试过。

4.汤料材料备好,喜欢吃什么就放什么,这点太好了。

5.各种材料切好。西红柿没有切碎,留了几片大片的。

6.炒锅上火,爆香葱花。

7.炒切碎的西红柿,翻炒。

8.炒好后加入半袋番茄火锅底料。PS:这个图真拍的真难看,我都不想放上来了。

9.加入适量开水。

10.烧开后,按照食材成熟的难易,依次放入配菜烫熟。
